The precaution principle study to its proof and fact

Many probabilities may fase the responsible person in his responsibility of the religions life then he will be in confusedness or dubiousness weather objectively in the mind of the responsible person.

He could reclintce on the precaution principle.

In this search I studied the proof and the fact of this principle by extraction and deduction the exact point from the ideas of the principles of jurisprudence.

And I thought the best acquainting precaution principle is

"

the work that autogenesis by it the obedience to the responsibility and the responsible man become certain that the fact of the events has happened without reclination to veers of Quraan or narration of the prophet or any formed and legal opinion

".

After studying the evidence of the precaution principle from the holy Quraan and the narration of our prophet and the intellectual evidence, I reached a fine conclusion that there is no obligatory precaution exception the circumscribed confusedness.
